Goal
Many people use their phones to look up more information while shopping in-store. However, the Google product demos were inconsistent and didn’t follow a shared approach. The goal was to create a unified experience that supports the in-store journey—simple to use, quick to access, and relevant to the customer’s needs. It needed to work across different stores and products, helping people make confident decisions.
Solution
A new system of QR code demos that are clear, consistent, and easy to use. The experience is designed to be quick and helpful, with short content that fits into the fast pace of retail environments. It adjusts to each store and product, and even adapts based on the user’s phone and location. This way, customers get the right information at the right time, adding value to their in-store visit and supporting their purchase decisions.
